I have been with State Farm since I moved to the valley in 2015. Mr. Grant, who has now retired, was always available and ready to help and I look forward to continuing my relationship with Mr. Walther. That being said, I would be remiss in not giving huge Kudos to their office manager, Kellie Jenkins! Anytime I have a question or a concern, she is right there to help me work through it. We have definitely established a relationship over the years and I know that if my agent isn't available, I am in the best possible hands with Kellie. I appreciate her patience with me and she is the number one reason that when the office split and I got moved closer to my home, I requested being moved back to the Winchester office. She is always there with the answers, goes above and beyond to help and makes me feel valued as a policy holder. My very best regards to her and the entire office. I cancelled payment of my homeowners insurance bill in the State Farm app because I wanted to pay it sooner since I had the money. The app wouldn't give me the option to pay the bill. I called Peter Walther's office and within 3 minutes they had fixed my issue. Very friendly staff as well. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
